There is no price list here, by design. A regulated Kenyan fintech and a Kenyan SaaS company need different work, and so do two lenders at different stages, so a fixed menu is never fair to both sides. Every engagement, the Acquisition Audit included, is quoted in a written proposal after a 20-minute fit call. We never charge a percentage of ad spend: that caps our fee exactly when we succeed at cutting your waste.
Proposals are in Kenya shillings. You get yours within two working days of the call. It states the scope, the timeline and the fee in full, it is valid for 14 days, and nothing is added later that it does not name. What moves the number: how many channels we run, how much content and landing-page work there is, how far your tracking is from trustworthy, and how much regulator review your copy needs.

Because on a 90 to 180 day sales cycle, a 30-day return figure shows a fraction of what actually happened. Guaranteeing it would mean guaranteeing a number that does not exist yet. We guarantee compliance instead — that one is in our control.
After 90 days we cut the workstream that is not producing and re-scope. You stop paying for that part rather than the whole engagement. The initial term is three months, then monthly — no annual lock-in.
Sometimes. If you already have a recent audit, or the scope is small and clear, we can quote a retainer straight from the fit call. Otherwise the Audit comes first, because neither of us should commit to monthly work before we have both seen the account.
No, and for now we work in Kenya only: regulated fintechs and SaaS companies. Ecommerce and direct-response are well served by other agencies — the compliance and long-sales-cycle work we do is wasted on them.
